Honor Those Who Make a Difference!

The Missouri Health Care Association proudly presents the 2025 Annual Awards & Recognition Program—an opportunity to celebrate the remarkable individuals who embody dedication, compassion, and excellence in long-term care. This year, we’re introducing a brand-new award category—Nurse of the Year—to recognize the extraordinary dedication, skills, and compassion nurses bring to long-term care.

We invite all members to nominate the standout professionals in their facilities for the following awards:

CNA of the Year – Celebrating the hands-on caregiver whose unwavering commitment brings quality care to every resident.

Nurse of the Year – Honoring a nurse who exemplifies clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a steadfast dedication to their patients and colleagues.

Employee of the Year – Recognizing the most dedicated and invaluable member of your team.

David Duncan Administrator of the Year – Applauding leadership that goes beyond expectations, creating an outstanding environment for staff and residents.

Nominations from across Missouri are carefully reviewed, with one exceptional individual selected from each MHCA district in every award category. These district honorees will be invited to the Opening General Session during MHCA’s 77th Annual Convention in Branson, MO on August 25, 2025, where statewide winners will be announced.

Please spread the word, encourage nominations, and give these incredible professionals the recognition they deserve!
